But, at the core, a building isn’t sustainable if it’s not maintainable. We value designs that provide robust and durable systems, adequate maintenance access, equipment that is familiar to your on-site staff, and accessible concealed devices (VAV boxes, valves, etc.) We also make sure to provide the tools you need to maintain systems, such as shut-off valves to isolate risers or specific pieces of equipment.

With several projects under our belts, our in-house sustainable design experts have experience in LEED certification for both new and existing facilities. We can assist in navigating the LEED process as well as prepare all the design documentation.
