With over 20 years of electrical engineering experience, Sam has focused on the preparation of studies and designs of federal, historic and institutional facilities and complex renovation projects His experience includes underground site distribution systems, medium and low voltage power distribution systems, switchgear, interior and exterior lighting systems, emergency generator and UPS systems, and fire alarm systems.

What is the coolest project you have worked on at SCI?

I have worked on several interesting projects at Summer Consultants, one of which we evaluated the use of Solid Oxide Fuel cells at the US Naval Academy. The study analyzed the existing medium voltage distribution system and energy usage to evaluate different fuel cell sizes at five different locations.
